and I GOT LOST IN ORCHARD!!

GOSH!! IM SOOOOOOO EMBARRASSED BY THIS INCIDENT..On FRIDAY, we had an investiture meeting..and oh, it was really fun and exciting!!! my group, which was the Australia group, rehearsed this Italian song..it was damn weird as i couldn't seem to pronounce the words properly and i kept singing out of tune!!

After hours of practice wif my two other tenors, Melissa Luki Andreany (i love her name!!) and Amelia ( we have the same name!!! hahahah), it was finally time for lunch..At around 12.30, we went to TAKA to have our meal. We chose Macs cause apparently, all of us seem to be broke..anyway, i was the first one to finish my meal!! i WAS TOOO FAMISHED that i simply gobbled everything up!! hahahah..im a pig and i LOVE food!!

okae..since i had another meeting at 2..i decided to leave early..i thought i KNEW the way around ORCHARD as i kept coming to this place for like the umpteen times?!?!
i took 700 and i kinda dozed off. oh ya!! mrs chan was in the same bus as me!! hahahah..by the time i woke up..i realised that i was in raffles place!! i was sooo shocked..i really panicked..i almost cried my heart out!! and so i stopped at this old mosque since it was the last stop anyway..sigh..im such a country bumpkin lar!! Singapore is just a puny island and i got LOST!! It's soo pathetic..okay, back to the story..


i alighted from the bus and looked at my surrounding...the place is soooooooooooooo ulu...... i was at my wits end..suddenly..i saw a taxi and immediately flagged it down.. the taxi driver was a malay and he thought i was an indian!! hahahah..i am anyway in a sense..okae..the taxi driver was my life saver..he brought me to sc and charged me lesser than the amount it was supposed to be. i told jo and eileen about it..and eileen kept on laughing her head off at me!! jo said im smart..sigh..
what an unlucky day....sighhhhhhh :(
